After going through a bit of a roller coaster trying to find a no-fee apartment in NYC, I was glad I finally found a listing Angelus has posted. After over a month of of searching with other brokers, I was able to find an apartment, apply for it, and sign the lease all within 3 days, with Angelus' help. He was super responsive and communicative about the process and I did not feel like he was doing anything sneaky or withholding information from me, as many other agents do in this city. I am very pleased with my experience with Angelus and would definitely work with him again once my lease is up!
